You came to me in the darkness and gave me something to live for (i have come from nothing).
And in storms of pain you were etched upon my heart, four words unkown to me then became all i have. you were the answer to my every prayer, the only reality i knew and loved. this intensity of love not like the dew on the grass: here in the morning and gone at sunset. My love was not this neither was yours, but it all ended up there anyway.
In confusion i remained clutching your good intents seeing as they are all i have. loving you was my only joy for you were everything, but now you are gone and i'll never know just quite what to do with myself. leaving a trail of a broken heart i came searching, searching for you. when you came i began longing for you and needing you eventually begging at your door. Now you are gone, and i am longing for you, seeking you, and leaving whole heart (to nothingness i will return).
"If you fade out without me, you'll know all about me
If you fade out without me, you'll know all..."

excellent.
isn't it amazing how the most emotional events of our lives can provoke the most profound poetry?
